Refer a Renter & Collect a Commission

As Stowe Vermont's leading vacation rental specialists, we are offering a referral program to all area businesses. If you come across a friend, family member or customer interested in renting a vacation home, condo or month-to-month temporary domicile, please feel free to send them our way. If we find appropriate accommodations and book the business, you'll receive a referral commission. It's that easy!

What you Earn: Any Stowe area business will receive 5% of the earned rental income for any business referral that leads to a reservation*. Upon completion of the rental period and receipt of the guest's payment, you will receive your referral fee.

How it Works: Call or email us with contact information for your potential guest and we will get in touch with them. Or, just send your referral to Stowe Country Homes by way of:

* The fee applies to only the first reservation. The referral fee for long term rentals (over 90 days) will be on the rental income for the first three months.
